What is SnowStorm?

SnowStorm is a Contract Costing and Financial Information Management System. SnowStorm has come about through significant research into the workflow management of contract costing and financial management process of the construction contractors. The need for such a system has been based on the fact that the contractors are faced with ever changing business environment. Managing the changes has become a resource intensive process that many contractors are not equipped, nor ready to tackle.
