Bronnenco Construction Ltd. is the Construction Manager for the construction of the Highbury Ave. Long Term Care Facility.

Closing Date: Thursday August 2 2012 @ 1:00:00pm

Site Tour: Monday July 30 2012 from 11:00:00 am - 12:00:00 noon

Tender Package #1

Site-Work, Driven Piles, Sheet Piling, Helical Piers, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Curbs and Sidewalks, Hydraulic Elevator

Description of the Project:

  • 90,000 sf new construction
  • 128 bed facility
  • Steel pile and helical pier foundations
  • Concrete pile cap and grade beam foundations
  • LEED Silver construction

Drawings are availabe at the GVCA, HHCA, LDCA, TCA and WCA

Contact the Construction Manager to obtain a list of Invited Bidders. Others wishing to bid may submit their qualification for review.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to negotiate with any bidder. The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
