TENDER CONTRACT

Sealed tenders will be received by the undersigned, with label provided, up to 2:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, May 23, 2012 with the Tender Opening in the Purchasing Branch Conference Room, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie, Ontario, at 2:15 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2012 for the following project:

The project includes approximately 14,100 sq.m. of full depth asphalt removal, placement of 14,100 sq.m. of base asphalt; and top lift asphalt; 259m of concrete curb repairs; regrading of granular base; maintenance hole and catch basin repairs; water valve box replacement or adjustment; reinstatement of traffic signal loops; pavement marking; and, restoration.

The project does not have a site meeting scheduled during the tendering period.
