Site requirements: Bidders must have a representative in attendance and register at this meeting to have their submission considered compliant.   Documents will not be available at the site meeting.

Project Summary

The City of Barrie is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors for the provision of the design and construction of a 2000 sq. ft.  Operations & Maintenance Building for the Barrie Community Sports Complex located at 2100 Nursery Road, Midhurst.  This will be for the design & construction of the shell building and foundation only.

To Obtain Documents:

• Pick up in person from the Purchasing Branch, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie ON during business hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A non refundable document fee of $50.00 plus HST applies to each hardcopy document.
