Project Summary

The City of Barrie is seeking submissions from Professional Quantity Surveyors (PQS). The intent of this Prequalification is to provide the City with a list of organizations and individuals who can provide PQS services, specifically cost estimating, on a project-by-project basis, through the various phases of the project such as Master Planning, Feasibility, Environmental Assessments, Concept Evaluations, Schematic Designs, Preliminary Designs, Detail Designs and Construction projects

To Obtain Documents:

• Download bid document directly from Biddingo.com/barrie.

• Subscribe as a Biddingo member to download unlimited documents from Biddingo.com/barrie. The Biddingo subscription fee applies.

• Non-subscribers can download individual bid documents from Biddingo.com/barrie, a fee may apply to each document.

• Pick up in person from the Purchasing Branch, 56 Mulcaster Street, Barrie ON during business hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A non refundable document fee of $30.00 plus HST applies to each hardcopy document.
