Landscape Architectural & Engineering Services - Spencer Smith Park RFP-12-01 Closing Date: 02/06/2012 2:00:00 PM ET Details: Spencer Smith Park, located in downtown Burlington, is a Regional Waterfront Park. This park is the main venue for festivals and events in the City and is Burlington’s premier waterfront park.
The purpose of this project is to contribute to the City’s on-going practice to improve and maintain park infrastructure that make up Spencer Smith Park. The overall goal is to identify current conditions of the various assets with options to renew them in the immediate and long term future.
This project will include investigating and providing design recommendations to improve the
§ waterfront promenade (upper & lower levels),
§ grading and drainage (central/east areas of the park),
§ east pathways,
§ centennial terrace, and
§ mid-block access.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
