HVAC Maintenance Services -
City of Burlington & Burlington Public Library Facilities
The City of Burlington is seeking the services of a single contractor to be the service provider
for preventative and comprehensive HVAC maintenance services at City and Library buildings throughout the city as detailed within the document.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence August 1, 2012 and be for a period of four years with three one-year renewal options.
The bid opportunity will incorporate a two envelope format.
Envelope #1 will incorporate company background, experience, references, etc. A minimum evaluation score will be required in order to allow each proponent’s Envelope #2 opened.
Envelope #2 will contain pricing details.
Optional Site visits are available to those firms who may wish to visit the physical sites. The dates for these opportunities are May 23, 24, and 25.

For this opportunity, contractors are to provide their own ladders for access to any roof without a roof hatch.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Cheques are to be made payable to The Corporation of the City of Burlington. Documents will not be released until payment is received. The City of Burlington is not responsible for delivery delays via courier or mail.
