Reception Kiosk, City Hall, 426 Brant Street, Burlington until 2:00 p.m. on:
Wednesday,
August 1, 2012
For work on the Ireland House roof including the
removal and disposal of the existing sealants, sheet metal flashings, cedar
shakes, and felt paper, and the supply and installation of new plywood
sheathing, sealants, sheet metal flashing and trim, composite shakes
(Enviroshake), breather mesh, underlay membrane, valley and eaves protection
membrane.
A
mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for July 25 at 10:00 am at the
Ireland House 2168 Guelph Line Burlington. Anyone wishing to bid on the project
must have a representative at the meeting.
All
Work shall only be done by a recognized and approved Contractor having
minimum five (5) years of proven and related experience with skilled workmen
thoroughly trained and competent in carrying out required work and installation
of the specified product (Enviroshake).
