The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of an interlocking brick patio (approximately 300 square meters), the decommissioning, removal and disposal of three (3) lighting bollards, and the supply and installation of a new 285 square meter concrete patio (with colour banding and sandblasted finish), new storm line, area drain, sodding, tree planting and site restoration.
