The City of Burlington wishes to procure a learning management system to support corporate and department training initiatives. We are looking for this system to be a solution hosted by the proponent at a secure data centre preferably in Canada, capable of managing course registration, wait lists, communications and report generation for all levels within the organization. The solution should provide the following functions:
o Online registration for training
o Automatic course bookings in outlook for participants Automatic creation of class and wait lists using predetermined criteria
o Ability for employees to withdraw themselves from a training course using predetermined criteria
o Ability to link mandatory training programs to positions
o Permission based report capabilities, including ability for managers to see all training records for all staff in their department
o Ability to save course description and training related information
o Ability to create post training feedback/evaluations
o Ability to interface with our HRIS system (bidirectional)
o Ability to interface with Microsoft Active Directory 2010

METHODS OF PAYMENT:
