| | Details: | The City is seeking quotations to determine if it will issue one or more purchase orders for the supply and delivery of flower bulbs for the Vancouver Park Board. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to regularly check the City of Vancouver Purchasing Web Page at http://vancouver.ca/fs/bid/index.htm for Addenda, Questions/Answers and Amendments related to this RFQ. Quotations are to be addressed and delivered to Purchasing Services, City of Vancouver, 453 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V5Y 1V4, (Courier Delivery and Drop off is at the Information Desk, Main Floor Rotunda of the same address) prior to the Closing Time of Tuesday, July 24, 2012 3:00:00 PM ("Closing Time"). Documentation received after the closing time may be returned unopened. Do not submit by Fax. Documents for this RFQ may be obtained by following the link below or by submitting an e- mail to purchasing@vancouver.ca. When requesting a document, please include your company's name, mailing address (including street address and postal code), e-mail address, and phone and fax numbers.
