METTKO is requesting sub-trade pricing for Hugh Foster Hall & Milton Town Hall Conservation Works - Phase 2 in Milton, closing on Wednesday July 4, 2012 11:00 AM.

We are requesting pricing for Divisions 2 through 16. Work includes (Restoration and repair of existing steel windows, including reinstallation of all existing interior aluminum sull sash, Restoration and repair of exterior wood doors, trim and transom at the portico entrance, Removal and replacement of existing roof system, Removal and replacement of existing metal standing seam roof at former skylight, Repair, removal and replacement of existing metal eaves and downspouts, Restoration of existing stone masonry at existing downspout locations, Renovation of existing ground floor washrooms, including removal and replacement of flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, washroom partitions, and painting of walls and ceilings, Removal and replacement of existing heat pumps).  Please review all the tender documents if you will be providing a price.
