It is the intent of the Niagara Region, under the direction of the Associate Director, Corporate Communications, to enter into an agreement for the provision of research services in order to measure public knowledge of Regional roles and responsibilities, awareness of various programs and services, and assist in identifying effective communications practices to inform, engage and educate Niagara residents.
