This Bid Solicitation is being issued by the Corporation's Purchasing Services Division as a means of seeking submissions from experienced/qualified firms for

Software Application(s) for Human Resource Management System

All compliant submissions will be reviewed as to best value including but not limited to lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive minor informalities in accordance with Canadian competitive bidding laws. The City of Welland relies on this advertisement to provide public notice of this business opportunity and is not obligated to notify any bidders in any other manner.

Welland Purchasing Services Division posts bid documents through its service provider: Biddingo and the bid documents for this opportunity are available on-line at www.biddingo.com/welland. All sealed submissions labelled with the provided template affixed to the front of the submission, must be addressed to Welland’s Purchasing Services Division, and delivered to Front Reception, Main Floor, Civic Square, 60 East Main Street, Welland, ON, L3B 3X4; on or before the closing date and time of:

2:15:00 p.m. local time, August 22, 2012
