As the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board continues to grow, the importance of an up-to-date vendor list has become quite prevalent. With this in mind, the Board will be implementing an electronic vendor registration service through Biddingo.com/dpcdsb. Your organization is strongly encouraged to participate in this program, as we will begin using the electronic list as our main source of vendor contact information, including posting tenders and requests for proposals.
In order to ensure that you are on our new vendor list, go online to the Biddingo.com website (www.biddingo.com/dpcdsb) today and complete a vendor registration form.
Beginning in April 2010, all Board tender documents, with the exception of Construction projects, will be advertised on the Biddingo.com website. Construction projects will continue to be advertised in the Daily Commercial News.
KEY CHANGES TO THE PROCESS
- Vendor Registration to bid on Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board opportunities is mandatory. Registration can be done online Biddingo.com
- The Board will no longer fax notifications to interested vendors of new bid opportunities available.
