As the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board continues to grow, the importance of an up-to-date vendor list has become quite prevalent. With this in mind, the Board will be implementing an electronic vendor registration service through Biddingo.com/dpcdsb. Your organization is strongly encouraged to participate in this program, as we will begin using the electronic list as our main source of vendor contact information, including posting tenders and requests for proposals.

In order to ensure that you are on our new vendor list, go online to the Biddingo.com website (www.biddingo.com/dpcdsb) today and complete a vendor registration form.

Beginning in April 2010, all Board tender documents, with the exception of Construction projects, will be advertised on the Biddingo.com website. Construction projects will continue to be advertised in the Daily Commercial News.


Basic registration is free for all vendors and provides you with the ability to look up bidding opportunities on www.biddingo.com/dpcdsb for both The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and other Biddingo.com members. Biddingo.com also offers various levels of service for a nominal fee that provide such advantages as automatic email notification of new bidder opportunities and Amendment notification.

The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board has committed itself to making the transition to a totally electronic vendor registration process, and it is crucial that we gain the support of our vendors in this process. It will be up to you, the vendor, to register your company with Biddingo.com.
