RFP for Heritage Consulting Services, 'Flavelle House' (79 Queen's Park)

The University of Toronto (the “University”) is inviting proposals from qualified heritage consultant firms to provide professional services for the development of a ‘Heritage Impact Statement,’ per the City of Toronto requirements, for the heritage building of the Flavelle House. The intention of this scope of work is to develop a report that demonstrates that the proposal minimizes intervention on the heritage building side of the project (the “Proposal”).
