A $50.00 non-refundable deposit made payable to District School Board Ontario North East is required for each set of tender documents printed.

Complete Tender Documents will be available for viewing at the Timmins, North Bay and Sudbury Construction Association Plan Rooms.

Bid bond, Letter of Credit, Bank Draft or Certified Cheque will be required for all Tenders received.

Tenders are subject to a formal Contract being prepared and executed.  The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Tenders or parts thereof and the lowest Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
