• Concrete pile cap and grade beam foundations
• LEED Silver construction

Drawings are availabe at the GVCA, HHCA, LDCA, TCA and WCA

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to negotiate with any bidder. The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
