HealthPRO RFP - Juice, Multi-Serve

The objectives are to: 

·         Acquire a complete line of products to meet the needs of HealthPRO Nutrition and Food Service Members Nationally.

·         Obtain the best overall value through competitive pricing and discount structure.

·         Award the contract to the Supplier(s) who will provide the best price and service to the HealthPRO members Nationally

·         Contract duration: January 1, 2013 to September 30, 2015 plus 2 x 1 year option years

Please direct all inquiries or communications regarding this RFP in writing, by FAX or e-mail, through the contact below. No other person is authorized to provide any information regarding this RFP on behalf of HealthPRO.

No response to any request by Supplier will be binding on HealthPRO unless it is in writing and from the contact person below.

Proposals are to be submitted in both paper and CD or flash drive format in a sealed envelope marked confidential, and identified as a response to the HEALTHPRO Nutrition and Food Service - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Juice, Multi-Serve, and delivered by 4:00 p.m. E.T. Monday July 30^th, 2012.
