Please provide a lump sum quotation (excluding applicable taxes) for all labour, material, and equipment needed to complete the sewage system installation as specified in LVM inc. Report No. 160-P043004-0400-TU-0001-00, dated October 5, 2011; revised Drawing 1, dated June 28, 2012, and as described below.

The quotation must be email ( dclattenburg@peelcc.org and akhaper@peelcc.org) or submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of Peel Children’s Centre at 85A Aventura Court, Mississauga, ON L5T 2Y6 attention to Amrit Khaper by 1:00pm (local time) on July 13, 2012.

An on-site meeting for bidder is scheduled for 9:00 am (local time) on July 10, 2012, in order to discuss project details with the Peel Children's Centre and LVM inc.

The successful part must provide the following:

·      a copy of a liability insurance policy covering liability and damage coverage for a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 inclusive;

·      a "Certificate of Clearance" from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) prior to the start of any work; and

·      an all-inclusive two-year warranty.
