For LHSC Regional Renal Program inclusive of: In-Centres, Satellite Units, Home Patients

Scope

HMMS on behalf of LHSC Regional Renal Program is looking to establish a long term partnership with a preferred Proponent(s) for the supply of Carbon Tanks and Deionizer Tanks through a regeneration/exchange program, as well as the supply of filters and test strips. The selected Proponent(s) must deliver consumables/tanks directly to current and future Dialysis Units of the LHSC Regional Renal Program (delivered to point of use)
