Request for Information for a new Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction System.

Purpose of RFI:

HMMS, on behalf of St. Joseph’s Health Care London, has issued this RFI in order to gather information from qualified Vendors for a complete Ultrasound Assisted Liposuction System to be used for plastics and cosmetic surgery on abdomen, breast, thighs, arms, etc.

The sole purpose of this RFI is to gather and verify information from Vendors and is not in any way intended to solicit competitive bids from said Vendors.  This RFI is not a contract and does not legally bind HMMS, LHSC, SJHC, or its Affiliates.
