This ACAN is being issued by HMMS on behalf of the London Health Sciences Center   with the intent of notifying potential Proponents of a pending contract award.

A Proponent who considers themselves wholly qualified, provides a CSA/Health Protection Branch approved product and is able to meet the specified requirements may present a written Statement of Capabilities to the HMMS Sourcing contact named herein by no later than the closing date. The Statement of Capabilities must clearly provide evidence the Proponent meets the requirements set out in this advanced notice.
