Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to the contents, will be received at the office of the Consultant on or before Friday, July 6th, 2012 at 11:00 am. for the above project.
Tender plans and specifications will be available to the Contractors at the Consultants Office upon receipt of a $100.00, deposit per tender package, refundable if returned in good condition within 30 days of tender closing.

A Security Deposit in the form of a certified cheque or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount and an agreement to bond is required.A 50% Labour & Material and 50% Performance Bond shall accompany sealed tender bids.
The Board reserves the right to reject any part, or all tenders.The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
