Submissions will be accepted at the Purchasing Department until 2:00:00 p.m. local time Friday, August 3, 2012 in a sealed package and clearly marked with Proposal name and number.
A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at 11:00 AM at the Centre 2000 foyer located at 11330-106 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta. The mandatory site visit will be at the proponents own expense.
The City reserves the right to negotiate with any party responding to the advertisement and to conclude a contract on whatever terms it feels appropriate.
