Each quotaton must be accompanied by a Bid Bond using CCDC 220 2002 in the amount of $6,000.00.

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT for the above noted Contract will be held on July 23, 2012 starting at 10:00 A.M at the Beaverton Water Supply Plant located at 35 Simcoe Street in Beaverton Ontario.

Bids received from firms who did not attend the mandatory site meeting and complete/sign the attendance sheet at each site meeting location will be rejected.
