This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for

Localized Repairs at the Chown Memorial Parking Garage,

as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

This project work generally includes, but is not limited to:
• Installation and maintenance of temporary hoarding, dust protection construction signage, temporary ventilation and exhaust systems.
• Localized repairs of deteriorated precast double tee beams, vertical deteriorated concrete and concrete topping.
• Localized sealant replacement.
• Final cleaning and disposal of all waste and/ or debris generated by construction activities.
