This RFP is for procuring of either vendor managed SaaS services OR in house modern interoperable Picture Archiving and Communication System (“PACS”) that serves as a searchable hub for medical images, studies, and other unstructured clinical and research content for the SickKids research community. Migrating from SickKids present legacy application to a modern solution is a critical component in meeting existing and emerging research imaging and data science needs. It will allow our services to scale and incorporate unmet use-cases for our scientific community.
