Supply and Installation of an NFPA 13D Wet Sprinkler System
Christian Horizons is looking to secure the support of a General Contractor to manage the supply
and installation of an NFPA 13D wet sprinkler system in residential care occupancy, including
securing all permits and upgrades required to the existing fire alarm and monitoring system. We
expect that a General Contractor would be able to provide us with the following support:
1. Defining our specific needs based on current building and fire codes. This includes:
i. Confirming design and code requirements.
ii. Manage all aspects of material procurement.
iv. Securing all required permits.
iii. Provide all documentation and training for site staff upon completion.
iv. Ensure the safety of trades people, staff and persons supported during the installation
process.
2. Select competent sub trades as required.
3. Consider the needs of the persons supported when planning work schedules.
