Sealed Bids for the above must be addressed to the Procurement Manager, City of
Interior renovations of the second floor space for the Hamilton Public Library are to be completed to expand upon the existing administration/office space into the adjacent storage area providing a consolidated open administration office space for the staff with a few private offices, kitchenette, staff lockers, storage, and an administration meeting room. The renovations will also include the upgrade of second floor main library lobby space floor finish to retro-plated concrete between the stairs, elevators, and administration/office space.
