The renovations will also include the upgrade of second floor main library lobby space floor finish to retro-plated concrete between the stairs, elevators, and administration/office space. The renovation design and finishes have been approached and prepared to provide a uniform design between the second floor and the renovations recently completed on the ground floor the Hamilton Public Library and Bidders are advised that the City of Hamilton is bound by the collective agreement between the Carpenters’ Employer Bargaining Agency (“EBA”) and the Carpenters’ District Council of Ontario of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (“Union”) in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional ( For this Project, at the time of award of the Contract, a bidder shall be bound by the Carpenters’ The City reserves the right to request confirmation of same prior to the award of the Contract.
