SSW is representing the Customer(s) as its Bid Administrator, as further defined in ARTICLE 3 - RFP PROCEDURES, and any rights or obligations of SSW enumerated herein will be exercised on the Customer(s)’s behalf and in the Customer(s)’s best interests.
