The scope of work includes
installation of new concrete curbing and may include subsurface drain
connections (weeping tile).
Each Quotation must be accompanied by a $5,000.00 Certified Cheque or Bank
Draft. See bid document for

The Quotation will be reviewed as to the lowest
price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the
availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The Town
reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive minor
informalities in accordance with Canadian competitive bidding laws. The Town
of Oakville
relies on this advertisement to provide public notice of this business
opportunity and is not obligated to notify any bidders in any other manner.
All Bid documents are to be dropped
off at Purchasing Services Counter, 1225
Trafalgar Road.
Submissions received in Purchasing after the closing time will NOT be
accepted. The onus is on the bidder to ensure that the bid is received in the
proper location and before the closing time.
