This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Medbuy Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Medbuy”) to prospective Sellers (hereinafter referred to as “Proponent(s)” to submit proposals for the provision of Pharmacy Supplies.  Potential Proponent(s) must be able to meet or exceed all of the requirements of this RFP.

The Product Categories included are:

Bags/Labels/Security Seals

Bottles/Caps/Extemp Compounding/Jars/Vials

Elastomeric Devices

Filters

Pharmacy IV Preparation Supplies

Oral Syringes

Storage Bins

Unit Dose Packaging/Automation Supplies

Medbuy is a National Group Purchasing Organization comprised of healthcare facilities, regions and agencies (“Medbuy Members”).  Medbuy is issuing this RFP and will administer the RFP procedure set forth herein for the benefit of and on behalf of its Membership.

Medbuy Corporation utilizes Biddingo’s Electronic Bidding System for its Sourcing Events (Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP), etc.).  Interested Proponent(s) must have a Registered Biddingo Account to access Medbuy’s Sourcing Events.  An initial access verification process completed by Medbuy is required.   

Medbuy Sourcing Events are publicly posted on Biddingo. It is the Proponent’s responsibility to monitor Biddingo regularly to ensure awareness of potential Medbuy Sourcing Events which is of interest to them.
