Proposals shall be submitted on or before the Submission Deadline via the Biddingo electronic bidding system.  Late submissions will not be considered.  Proposals must be in English.

This procurement may be subject to Chapter 5 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (“CFTA”) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (“CETA”).

The LCBO expects all suppliers to adhere to the LCBO’s Supplier Code of Business Conduct, which is available on the LCBO’s website under “Doing Business with the LCBO”. The Supplier Code sets out principles applicable to all suppliers (including both suppliers of beverage alcohol products and suppliers of non-alcohol goods or services) that wish to establish and maintain a business relationship with the LCBO.

Brief Description of the Procurement:

The LCBO seeks up to two (2) respondents with extensive experience in providing Ergonomic Services as outlined in this RFP.  These services will be required for all LCBO Service Locations that are located throughout Ontario as defined/outlined in Appendix “A”. 

The Ergonomic Services as outlined in the sections in Appendix “A” may be required at any given time and at any LCBO Service Location throughout Ontario, as requested or identified by the LCBO.  Therefore, the successful respondents must have sufficient resources to service any LCBO Service Location throughout Ontario.

The scope of required Ergonomic Services includes, without limitation, the ergonomic assessments, job demands analysis, training, strategic planning and presentations. See Appendix “A” for details.

The LCBO has divided the scope of Ergonomic Services into two (2) service packages (the “Service Packages”), as further described in Appendix “A”.  Respondents may bid on one (1) or both Services Packages.

Term of Contract:         The term of the agreement is to be for an initial period of two (2) years, commencing upon a date to be determined by the LCBO, with up to three (3) separate one (1) year options in favour of the LCBO to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions.
