· August 10, 2012, 10:30 am – 11:30 am – Central Campus - HRC/WOC/HCCC (HRC Administration Main Front Entrance, 1151 Bronte Road) (Site Meeting and Sectional Document Review)
· August 10, 2012, 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Oakville – CCC/LTC/EMS (CCC, Parkview School Front Entrance, 203 Georgian Drive Entrance.
· August 10, 2012, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Halton North – HRPS, LTC, HCHC, EMS
(Allendale LTC Main Front Entrance, 185 Ontario Street
