Details:

The City of Mississauga publishes a brochure – Active Mississauga twice per year. The brochures must be printed and delivered in a timely manner so that they are available to the residents of Mississauga as per a specified schedule.

 

To be considered for contract award, Bidders must be located in the GTA - City staff must be on-site for cover press approval. Bidders must have a minimum of five years printing experience and be able to demonstrate that they have experience in servicing an account with similar size and scope as stated in the Specifications. Also, bidders must be established and organized in a manner that ensures that they will be able to satisfy the City’s requirements for the term of the contract.

 

Tender forms will be available on or about Tuesday July 31, 2012. 

 

Responses must be time-stamped to be considered.  LATE BIDS will be rejected without exception.

 

Vendors are invited to attend a public opening commencing at 2:30 p.m., LOCAL TIME, on the day of closing, at the Mississauga Civic Centre, 300 City Centre Drive.

 

The tender will be reviewed as to the lowest price, qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work.  The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids and to waive informalities in accordance with established policy.  The City of Mississauga relies on this advertisement to provide public notice of this business opportunity and is not obligated to notify any bidders in any other manner.
