DEMAND MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR REFRIGERATION AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT FOR A THREE
(3) YEAR TERM

The City of Mississauga
(The City) invites all qualified vendors to bid for Preventative and Demand
Maintenance Services for Refrigeration and Kitchen Equipment for various
facilities.

To be considered Bidders must be able to
demonstrate that they have the staff and equipment to satisfy the work with
qualifications to service refrigeration and gas powered kitchen equipment.
Bidders must be staffed with trades holding a Gas Technician (G2) Ontario
Licence and are Licensed (Ontario)
Refrigeration Technicians and who are fully trained in operation and
function of equipment and execution of the services required. Bidders must be
financially stable and able to show that they have a minimum of three (3)
Years, servicing an account with the equivalent scope of work as required by
the City.
NOTE:
A “Strongly Recommended” site visit has been scheduled for: Tuesday, August
21st, 2012 at 10:00am, at 300
City Centre Drive, Mississauga, ON,
The Great Hall on the Ground Floor (Mississauga
City Hall).
Tender forms will be available on or about Monday,
August 13th, 2012.
Responses must be time-stamped to be
considered. LATE BIDS will be rejected
without exception.
Vendors are invited to attend a public opening
commencing at 2:30 p.m., LOCAL TIME, on the day of closing, at the
Mississauga Civic Centre, 300
City Centre Drive.
The tender will be reviewed as to the lowest price,
qualifications, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the
availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The City reserves the right to accept or
reject all or any bids and to waive informalities in accordance with
established policy. The City of Mississauga
