| Details: | The objective of this RFP is for qualified companies to supply the District of North Vancouver (DNV) with a proposal that includes design, work plan, equipment, labour and materials to complete all work required to rehabilitate approximately 270 m of an existing severely deteriorated and partially collapsed 36" corrugated steel storm main to a rehabilitated 36" ID storm main on the existing location. Proposals must be received by the District on or before 4:30pm local time, Thursday, June 21, 2012. Proposals received after the Closing Time will not be accepted. There will not be a public opening of Proposals. *** There will be a mandatory site meeting held on Wednesday, June 6th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. local time (estimate 2 hour duration) where additional information regarding this project will be provided. Proponents are to meet at the south west corner of Pemberton Avenue and Mckeen Avenue. The meeting will move to the DNV Operations Centre at 1370 Crown Street where video footage will be reviewed with DNV staff and Proponents.*** Interested Proponents must confirm with Shaun Carroll, Section Manager - Utilities Technical Services (telephone 604-990-3861 or email carrolls@dnv.org) no later than Wednesday June 6th, 2012 by 9:00 a.m. and attend this mandatory meeting in order for their proposal to be considered.
