("RFP") is an invitation to qualified potential suppliers to submit
proposals to the Ontario Energy Board (the “Board” or “OEB”) for the
establishment of vendor of record (VOR) for facilitation services (ADR).
The Board is establishing a Vendor of Record for facilitation services,
technical and various meetings as required. There is no guarantee of any volume
of work for a successful vendor
The Board is seeking
pre-qualification of facilitators to assist it with its adjudicative
responsibilities in pre-hearing conferences, and as required in hearings and
