SEALED request for tenders original bids, clearly marked as to contents will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Peel District School Board until the closing time and date. 

 Submissions in any other form (i.e. telephone, facsimile, email) will not be accepted.  The board is not responsible for bids which have not been properly identified.

MANDATORY SITE EXAMINATION:

MANDATORY SITE MEETINGS FOR BOTH SCHOOLS WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY MAY 14, 2012 AS FOLLOWS:

·        1)  Lincoln M. Alexander, 3545 Morning Star Drive ., Mississauga, ON L4T 1Y3 at 9:00 AM

·         2) Ridgeview PS, 25 Brenda Ave, Brampton, ON L6Y 2A1 at 10:30 AM

 All potential bidders to meet at the front entrance of the school and await direction from the Board representative(s). Failure of the potential bidder to be present and signed in from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from bidding. In addition to signing in, the potential bidders will be required to sign out of the adjournment of the meeting (as called by the Board representative(s)

 FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY SITE MEETING AS DIRECTED WILL RESULT IN THE REJECTION OF YOUR BID SUBMISSION.
