 SEALED request for tenders original bids, clearly marked as to contents will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Peel District School Board until the closing time and date. 

Submissions in any other form (i.e. telephone, facsimile, email) will not be accepted.  The board is not responsible for bids which have not been properly identified.

MANDATORY SITE EXAMINATION:

MANDATORY SITE MEETINGS FOR ALL FOUR SCHOOLS WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY MAY 24, 2012 AS FOLLOWS:

·        1)  Folkstone PS, 104 Folkstone Crescent., Brampton, ON L6T 3M5 at 9:30 AM

·         2) Greenbriar Sr. PS, 1140 Central Park Drive  , Brampton, ON L6S 2C9 at 10:30 AM

·         3) McBride PS, 974 McBride Ave, Mississauga, ON L5C 1L6 at 1:00 PM 

·         4) The Valleys Sr. PS, 1235 Mississauga Valley Blvd, Mississauga, ON  L5A 3R8 at 2:30 PM

All potential bidders to meet at the front entrance of the school and await direction from the Board representative(s). Failure of the potential bidder to be present and signed in from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from bidding. In addition to signing in, the potential bidders will be required to sign out of the adjournment of the meeting (as called by the Board representative(s)

FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY SITE MEETING AS DIRECTED WILL RESULT IN THE REJECTION OF YOUR BID SUBMISSION.
