Commencing August 16, 2010 Peel District School Board tenders and proposals ( with the exception of some construction projects) will be advertised and available for electronic download at Biddingo.com.
Bids will no longer be distributed in hard copy; however, bid submissions will continue to be in hardcopy. The bidder will be responsible to download the bid and submit the original bid (hard copy) as detailed in the tender/proposal documents.
Suppliers who are interested in doing business with Peel District School Board are required to register with Biddingo at www.biddingo.com/pdsb. The supplier is fully responsible to keep the registration information up to date. The Board is not responsible for any potential vendor, past or present, not being aware of any or all business opportunities.
Basic registration is free for all vendors and provides you with the ability to look up bidding opportunities on www.biddingo.com/pdsb for both the Peel District School Board and other Biddingo.com members.
Biddingo.com offers various levels of service for a nominal fee such as automatic email notification of new bidder opportunities and amendment notification.
The Peel District School Board is committed to making the transition to an electronic format with respect to a vendor database and tendering. It is crucial that we gain support of our vendors in this process. It will be up to you, the vendor, to register your company with Biddingo.com in order to participate in the bidding process. The Board will no longer fax notifications to interested vendors advising of new bid opportunities.
