| Details: | To provide construction services for a new Recycling Depot and Works Yard Facility at Lot A (South Site) New Works Yard - 4840 Still Creek Drive and Lot B (North Site) Recycling Depot - 4855 Still Creek Drive, in the City of Burnaby, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements. Only the following Pre-qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project. .1 D.G.S. Construction Company Ltd. .2 EllisDon Corporation .3 Graham Construction and Engineering, a JV .4 Heatherbrae Builders Co Ltd. .5 Ledcor Construction Limited .6 PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. .7 Scott Construction Ltd. .8 Smith Bros. & Wilson (B.C.) Ltd. .9 Stuart Olson Dominion Construction Ltd. Only the following Pre-qualified Civil Subcontractors will be invited to submit quotes to the Pre-qualified General Contractors: .1 B&B Contracting Ltd. .2 BA Blacktop Ltd. .3 GCL Contracting & Engineering Inc. .4 Imperial Paving Limited .5 Jack Cewe Ltd. .6 Jacob Bros. Mandatory Site Visit for the Prequalified General Contractors: Date: June 06, 2012 9:00 AM Location: Please meet inside the gated portion of Still Creek Drive at the propose entrance to the North Site. Still This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website. No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the City. All addenda, amendments or further information will be published on the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the Tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. Submissions must be delivered, one original signed hard copy, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "Tender 39-03/12 - Steel Creek Recycling/Green Waste Depot & Works Yard" on or before 3:00 pm, local time, Thursday July 5th, 2012.
