Development of a Residential Community – Balmer Road in the

Township of North Kawartha

Note: There will be a site visit on Thursday, September 20th commencing at 10:00.  Respondents shall meet at the Township of North Kawartha offices 340 McFadden Road, Apsley, ON K0L 1A0, Tel: (705) 656-4922.

Proposal documents may be obtained at the County of Peterborough offices

 at 470 Water Street or obtained from www.biddingo.com/peterboroughcounty

 Proposals must be submitted on forms supplied by The County of

 Peterborough and are available from Kim Squires, Purchasing Clerk,

 ext. 343 at the above address. ksquires@county.peterborough.on.ca

 Sealed Proposals marked as to their contents will be received no later than

 2:00:00 PM local time, Tuesday, October 16, 2012.
