PSHSA is seeking services from individuals / firms with the following qualifications:

·         Experience in employment law and legal issues related to labour relations

·         Relevant professional references

·         Availability on an as needed basis

·         Cost reflective of scope

Scope of Work:  

The range of service requirements is inclusive of but not limited to:

·         Support and representation on claims, employment  and union contracts

·         Legal advice on various employment and labour relations matters

·         Negotiations, interpretation and drafting of collective agreement language on behalf of PSHSA as required

·         Attend on-site meetings as needed.
