RFQ timetable is tentative only and may be changed by Queen’s at any time prior
to the Requested Quotation Submission Date.
Incubation Lab
The Incubation Lab construction project involves
modifications to the existing rooms 223, 223A, 223B and 227, to accommodate a
change in operations at Innovation Park, 945 Princess St. The following trade
groups will be required to be involved to complete the work; demolition, rough
and finish carpentry, drywall and acoustic ceilings, flooring, painting,
mechanical – HVAC and plumbing and electrical.
The work is scheduled to be completed during the summer/fall
of 2012. Final completion required by no later than October 31, 2012.
The value of construction work is estimated at $500,000. |
