The City of Temiskaming Shores invites Contractors to submit bids for improvements to heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems at the City Hall building in Haileybury. The project includes new roof top HVAC units, miscellaneous mechanical system modification, electrical modifications, new Building Automation System, and complete commissioning coordination with Owner’s Commissioning Agent.

Bidders are invited to inspect the existing building during normal business hours, after making arrangement in advance with Dan Harvey, Manager of Assets, (705) 672-3363. 

Sealed stipulated price tenders, clearly identified as to its contents, submitted on the prescribed form will be accepted by the Owner at the office of the Architect until 2:00:00 p.m., July 10, 2012.

Tender Documents are available from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $200 per set.   The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
