Details:   The City of St. Albert is employing a non-binding, non-Contract A â¿¿Request for Proposalâ¿¿ (RFP) process to source potential vendors to enter into negotiations for leased commercial office space for civic personnel. 1. The City of St. Albert (City) is a municipal corporation consisting of approximately 600 full time employees located immediately adjacent to the northwest border of the City of Edmonton in Alberta. 2. The City has various facilities that have office space deficiencies and therefore requires additional square footage. 3. The facility should be able to satisfactorily meet the following minimum qualifications / requirements: i) Located within the corporate boundaries of St. Albert, Alberta. ii) Able to provide no less than 3,000 square feet of leased space for the Cityâ¿¿s occupancy. iii) Facility available for occupancy no later than April 1st, 2013.
