The Upper Grand District School Board has implemented an electronic vendor registration service through Biddingo.com. Your organization is strongly encouraged to participate in this program as we will be using the electronic list as our main source of vendor contact information, including posting tenders and request for proposals. There is no fee for this application process.
Upper Grand District School Board tenders and proposals (with the exception of some construction projects) will be advertised and available for electronic download at Biddingo.com.
Suppliers who are interested in doing business with the Upper Grand District School Board are required to register with Biddingo at www.biddingo.com/ugdsb. Suppliers are fully responsible to keep their registration information up to date. The Board may no longer fax notifications to interested vendors of new bid opportunities and the Board will no longer maintain a Bidder's list.
In order to ensure that you are on our new vendor list, go to the Biddingo.com website (www.biddingo.com/ugdsb) and complete the registration form. Basic registration is free and provides you with the ability to look up other bid opportunities on www.biddingo.com/ugdsb for the Upper Grand District School Board and/or other Biddingo.com members. Biddingo.com offers various levels of service for a nominal fee that provide such advantages as automatic e-mail notification of new bid opportunities and amendment notification.
