Development for Major Upgrades
The Operation Centre of City
of Waterloo, located at 265 Lexington Court, Waterloo requires major upgrades
and expansion.
The City of Waterloo is
pre-qualifying firms to provide conceptual design for space planning and the
associated cost estimate by taking into consideration for future growth at the
City of Waterloo. The primary area of work is included to assess the existing
conditions of the building system (i.e. structural, architectural, mechanical,
electrical and security) and deliver conceptual design for space planning for
the office building and all the associated entities (i.e. salt shed,
stockpiles, wash bay, fuel dispensing kiosk etc.)within the property.
The City’s Operation
Centre known as the Service Centre needs major upgrades in the building and
around the property in multiple fronts. Presently this facility is functioning
as the hub to deliver the majority of all the City of Waterloo’s field services
i.e. construction, snow ploughing, street tree maintenance etc. |
